Bespoke Built in Work Station |
 | So this was the second commission I did for this lovely couple in Hitchin. Home working was going to be easier with dedicated space and this is what I created for him. It fits exactly into the space he had maximising area of desk. It was fiunnished in oak with an American Walnut edge. I am sure his productivity rocketed now he had his special work place.

Circular Sofa |
 | This is work in progress and in a month or two I will be posting the finished article. Sofas for a circular room are just not available in stores. So I designed, and am in the process of making, this item. The frame is primarily oak with exposed parts when complete. The ash slats give a little spring to the seat and back. Cushions will be covered by Kasia - an Artisan in the gallery, and she will also help me upholster the frame. It has had to be made in 5 separate pieces to go up stairs. But once in position will be bolted together as a single piece. A real challenge but looking good
